The Ariake crab means a blue crab called "Gazami".
As it is the most delicious time to be captured off the coast of the Taira Port, it has long been familiar with this name in the Shimabara Peninsula. The best season to eat is from summer to autumn, but it is delicious all year round and is very popular with tourists.
